Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community, Volante Senior Living dba Mariella of Reno with enthusiasm, compassion, and strategic vision. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring exceptional resident care, fostering a positive community environment, and driving organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in assisted living, memory care management, or long-term care, coupled with proven leadership skills and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors. •Duties Provide visionary leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality senior care services, including assisted living, memory care, dementia care, and home & community care programs Oversee daily operations including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and community management to ensure smooth and efficient community functioning Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development to maintain a motivated and skilled team Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, expense control, and resource allocation to sustain organizational health Foster positive relationships with residents' families, healthcare providers, and community partners to enhance resident satisfaction and community reputation Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards related to NV assisted living regulations, and memory care protocols Requirements Extensive operations experience in senior care settings such as assisted living & memory communities, or retirement communities with demonstrated management success Knowledge of care planning processes including medication administration and individualized service plans Proven leadership skills with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment Financial acumen related to budgeting, resource management, and operational oversight Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities and home & community-based services Excellent communication skills to engage residents' families, staff members, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders effectively Current Nevada Administrator's license Valid and current driver's license Join us as an Executive Director where your leadership will shape a vibrant community dedicated to enriching lives through compassionate senior care.
