Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Confidential Search | Western New York An established skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization is seeking an experienced, compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations at a high-performing long-term care center. This is an opportunity for a leader who values resident-centered care, regulatory excellence, team development, and operational performance. The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced clinical leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
