Dietary Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Dietary Supervisor to lead our dietary department with enthusiasm and expertise. In this vital role, you will coordinate with the Dietary Director to assist in oversee meal planning, food service operations, and nutritional care for residents in our Adult living facility. Your leadership will ensure that dietary services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with all NYS DOH regulations. Responsibilities Supervise daily dietary operations, including meal preparation, service, and sanitation standards Develop and implement personalized care plans that incorporate nutritional needs and preferences Conduct patient assessments to evaluate dietary requirements and monitor progress Provide health coaching to residents or patients to promote healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices Lead, train, and supervise dietary staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and quality service Requirements Proven experience in assisted living or healthcare dietary departments with supervisory responsibilities Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, residents, families, and staff Knowledge of
