Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Greater Binghamton Region | Confidential Opportunity A respected long-term care organization is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the strategic and operational direction of a skilled nursing facility in the Greater Binghamton area. The successful candidate will be an influential leader who can balance resident-centered care, workforce stability, regulatory excellence, and business performance. This role offers the opportunity to guide a dedicated team, strengthen organizational outcomes, and enhance the experience of residents, families, and staff.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Direct overall facility operations and organizational performance Champion regulatory readiness and compliance standards Collaborate with department leaders to achieve clinical and operational goals Drive workforce engagement, retention, and leadership development Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and resource utilization Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders
Qualifications:
Current New York State Nursing Home Administrator License Demonstrated success leading a skilled nursing or post-acute care organization Strong business acumen and operational leadership skills Ability to navigate change, solve complex challenges, and inspire high-performing teams Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
