As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services are delivered to our residents.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our leadership team at our skilled nursing facility. As the LNHA, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic direction to our team. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable you to drive continuous quality improvement, foster a positive and supportive work environment, and promote the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including managing the care team, ancillary departments, and support services Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Develop and implement strategic plans to improve quality of care, reduce readmissions, and increase resident satisfaction Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing leadership team Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies, and other stakeholders Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of New York Minimum 0 years of experience in a nursing home administration role or related field Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality improvement initiatives Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines If you are a dedicated and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and services, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
