  • Berne, IN | Senior Living / Skilled Nursing An established Senior Living and Skilled Nursing campus in the Celina, Ohio area is seeking an accomplished Campus Executive Director (NHA) to lead a stabilization and turnaround phase.
This campus is financially stable, agency-free, and supported by strong regional and corporate leadership. This opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic, hands-on, accountable leader, who excels at reinforcing established systems, strengthening survey readiness, and coaching teams through sustainable change. Solid census, engaged staff, and leadership support are already in place — the organization is seeking the right executive to elevate performance and culture.
Compensation & Benefits:

What We're Looking For:
Unencumbered Ohio NHA license required Bachelor's degree required Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or senior living required, preferably no less than 3
  • 5 years serving in a similar setting Survey-savvy leader, with strong operational instincts Passion for culture-building, staff development, and stability Hands-on, relationship-driven leadership style
