Job Description
The Assisted Living Director (LPN or RN) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assisted living community, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for residents. This role involves managing staff, coordinating resident care, and fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and the community.

Resident Care Oversight Ensure individualized care plans are developed and maintained for all residents. Respond promptly to resident and family concerns. Monitor health and wellness programs to promote resident independence and quality of life. Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to licensing requirements and safety standards. Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and inspections. Leadership & Management Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and operational goals. Supervise and support staff to deliver high-quality care and services. Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations. Community Engagement Promote a positive, welcoming environment within the community. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local organizations.Qualifications:
