Cincinnati We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our team in Cincinnati, OH. As the LNHA, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing excellent care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the long-term care facility Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure excellent resident care Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure the facility is operating within budget Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for residents Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all resident care and facility operations

Qualifications:

Must have a current and active LNHA license in the state of OH. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care facility management role Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care facilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter.
