We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Vice President of Operations / Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at The Christian Village at Mt. Healthy. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, and quality outcomes across our senior living community. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and strategic leader with strong long-term care experience and a passion for serving older adults. About the Role The VP of Operations / LNHA provides strategic and operational leadership for: Skilled Nursing Assisted Living Dining Services Environmental Services Activities & Social Services Community Support Operations This position works closely with executive leadership to advance the mission, vision, and long-term strategic goals of Christian Village Communities. What You'll DoOperational Leadership Serve as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for the community Lead operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care initiatives Support organizational growth, innovation, and strategic planning Drive quality outcomes, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction Represent the community with regulatory agencies, community partners, and organizational leadership Participate in Board meetings and executive reporting Leadership & Team Development Coach and support department leaders across service lines Promote accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and employee engagement Support recruitment, retention, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives Foster a positive, mission-driven workplace culture Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with CMS, OSHA, CDC, state, and local regulations Lead quality assurance, infection prevention, risk management, and safety initiatives Oversee survey readiness and corrective action planning Financial & Business Operations Assist with budget development and financial oversight Support census growth, occupancy, and resident retention strategies Monitor operational and financial performance metrics Our Core Values We are seeking a leader who models and promotes our organizational values: Respect Integrity Teamwork Excellence Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or business-related field preferred Current Ohio LNHA license (or ability to obtain) Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in long-term care, senior living, or healthcare operations Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, budgeting, quality improvement, and team leadership Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Why Join Christian Village Communities?
