Job Description

Rose-Mary is seeking two experienced, full-time Residential Managers to lead teams supporting adults with developmental disabilities in our community-based group homes. Each Residential Manager will oversee the daily operations of three residential homes, ensuring quality services, regulatory compliance, and exceptional care for the individuals we serve.
Available Positions:
Residential Manager -
ICF/IDD Services :
Oversee three licensed Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF/IDD) located in Euclid and Bedford Heights. Residential Manager -
Waiver Services :
Oversee three Waiver homes located in Richmond Heights and Independence. These are full-time, exempt (salaried) leadership positions that play a vital role in supporting both employees and the individuals we serve.
Responsibilities:
Directly supervises, schedules, and provides training and support to the Residential Coordinators and the Direct Support Professionals (DSP). Ensures that all programs created for the individuals are being completed and documented. Ensures that quality, comprehensive and person-centered services are being provided to the individuals in each site. Ensures that individual rights and welfare are maintained through programs, policies, and associate training/development. Ensures that the operations and practices are in place that meets all requirements of applicable regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
Three years supervisory/management experience and/or five years experience in DD or closely related field preferred Demonstrated ability for self-direction in work Valid Ohio Driver's License with 4 points or less Bachelor's degree preferred.
