  • Full-time Overview NexTier Health Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to oversee operations within our home care and senior care facility.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in long-term care management, with a focus on budgeting, supervising staff, and providing exceptional service to our residents. This role requires a compassionate leader who is committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors, including those in memory care and assisted living environments. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards in home care and senior care. Supervise staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial health of the facility while maintaining high-quality care services. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans for residents, particularly those requiring memory care services. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and satisfaction to continuously improve service delivery. Implement training programs for staff on best practices in senior care and social work principles. Maintain accurate records related to resident care, staff performance, and financial transactions. Qualifications Proven experience in managing operations within home care or long-term care settings. Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial acumen related to healthcare management. Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices in memory care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff. A background in social work is preferred but not mandatory; however, a passion for improving the lives of seniors is essential.
