Job Description

Capital City Gardens located in Columbus OH is currently seeking a full-time LNHA- Nursing Home Administrator to join our wonderful team. Capital City Gardens is a 104-bed Garden Healthcare facility dedicated to providing our residents with the very best care. We are conveniently located at 920 Thurber Ave, Columbus
OH 43215.

All candidates must have:
Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT Current Nursing Home Administrator License in OH Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation) Ability to handle multiple priorities A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses Competent in organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications #HP
