Job Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and management of the facility. Lead all day to day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and nursing home policies. Promote the highest degree of quality care for the residents.
All candidates must have:
Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT Current Nursing Home Administrator License in Ohio Strong Leadership Skills and the ability to foster a TEAM environment amongst staff Prior experience in staff development Ability to multitask A proven track record in the census and revenue growth Competent in organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications Proudly offering a competitive salary and full benefits including Health + PTO.
