Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and daily management of the facility, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). Direct operations to maintain the highest level of resident care, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Ensure financial stability through effective census management, budget oversight, and operational efficiency. Drive the facility's mission and values forward under Garden Springs Healthcare's vision for innovation and growth.

Skills and Qualifications:
Current, active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Ohio. Proven experience as an LNHA with demonstrated success in survey readiness, census growth, and financial stewardship. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners. Knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement systems, and quality improvement programs. Commitment to resident-centered care and continuous performance improvement.
