Confidential A respected healthcare organization is seeking an accomplished Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead facility operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional resident care. This is a confidential opportunity for a strong leader who blends operational expertise with compassion and accountability.WHAT YOU'LL LEAD
Overall facility operations in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Strategic planning and execution of programs aligned with governing body guidelines Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Census growth, occupancy management, and fiscal performance Survey readiness, customer satisfaction, and clinical collaborationKEY IMPACT AREAS
Establish and monitor key performance indicators alongside the Director of Nursing and department leaders Analyze outcomes and implement corrective actions, education, or process improvements Partner with the Business Office Manager to ensure financial stability and accountability Lead structured leadership meetings focused on priorities, performance, and solutions Serve as the public and professional spokesperson for the facility Build strong, trust-based relationships with residents, families, and staffWHAT YOU BRING
Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in the state Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field (preferred) Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and long-term care operations Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and drive resultsCOMPENSATION & PERKS
