This leadership position is responsible for ensuring quality care, supervising staff, maintaining compliance, and supporting individuals in achieving greater independence both at home and in the community. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of Home Manager or supervisory experience preferred Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Job ResponsibilitiesLeadership Duties Supervise, train, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Create and maintain staff schedules Fill open shifts as needed Monitor attendance and staff performance Participate in an on-call rotation Assist with staff training, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary Ensure compliance with agency policies, ISP requirements, and state regulations Individual Support Duties Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and individual-specific training programs Promote independence through skill development and community integration Schedule and coordinate medical appointments Monitor and manage individual finances according to ISP guidelines Assist with medication administration and documentation as required Assist and prompt individuals with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care as needed Support participation in community activities, recreational events, shopping, and errands Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served Requirements Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED required Valid Ohio Driver's License with fewer than 6 points Reliable transportation Ability to pass all required background checks Must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Must be flexible and willing to work various shifts as needed, including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays, to support staffing needs and ensure quality care for the individuals served Benefits Competitive Pay Health Insurance Discounts 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Training Mileage Reimbursement Opportunities for
