Make an Impact. Join our team at Autumnwood as the Administrator (LNHA). Competitive salary will be offered and medical, dental and vision are effective the first of the month following date of hire. Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Direct and oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction Lead, mentor, and support department heads and facility staff Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Maintain survey readiness and develop plans of correction as needed Oversee facility budgeting, census development, and financial performance Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure effective care delivery Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral sources, and community organizations Support recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives Ensure proper staffing levels and operational efficiency Respond appropriately to emergencies, complaints, and operational concerns Uphold the mission, values, and standards of the organization
Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare Excellent financial, management and interpersonal skills Successful history of regulatory compliance, census development and quality improvement Must possess current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator's license Minimum 2 years of previous experience preferred We believe our commitment to compassionate care; innovative solutions, patient focus programs and a reward-for results culture will enrich the lives of patients and employees alike.
