LPN Health & Wellness Director ? ? Senior Suites at St. Clair Commons - St. Clairsville, OH Are you an experienced LPN who is passionate about senior care, leadership, and making a difference every day? Senior Suites at St. Clair Commons is seeking a dedicated Health & Wellness Director to lead our clinical team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. ✨
What You'll Do:
Oversee resident care and wellness services Lead and support nursing and caregiving staff Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies Coordinate assessments, care plans, and physician communication Promote a positive, resident-centered environment Participate in on-call rotation and clinical leadership duties ✅
Qualifications:
Current Ohio LPN License Assisted Living and leadership experience preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Passion for serving seniors and leading by example ?
Competitive Salary:
