The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong background in regulatory compliance, team development, census growth, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Assist with overall leadership and daily operations management of a continuing care campus. (AL, MC, IL, SNF) Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Lead survey readiness and maintain high quality outcomes Drive census growth and strengthen community relationships Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency Recruit, mentor, and retain department leaders and staff Foster a positive, patient-centered culture Qualifications Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator Proven success with state surveys and regulatory compliance Strong financial acumen and census development experience Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Confidentiality Notice All inquiries and applications will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
