Job Description

Buckeye Terrace has an opportunity for an exceptional Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who is passionate about providing quality care to our Healthcare residents. This is a beautiful, skilled nursing facility located in Westerville, Ohio. This position is full-time and is responsible to oversee operations of our healthcare center. Must have current NHA license, 2+ years' NHA experience, strong leadership, clinical and management skills in a long-term care setting, and thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR
Oversee supervision of department employees for training, payroll, performance, evaluations, discipline Manage all services within and among relevant departments to maintain an environment, programs, and processes conducive to a high quality of care Promote effective relations and communications within the department and with families and visitors Resolve issues within and among other departments, as needed to maintain a functional working relationship Complete regular rounds of the health care center to inspect operations and programs Ensure the facility remains in compliance with all government regulations Monitor and evaluate quality standards on a regular basis and implement QAPI programs as needed Engage in strategic forecasting for the department with RDO
