The Oaks | Zanesville, Ohio The Oaks is seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Zanesville, Ohio. What You'll Do Provide overall leadership and daily operations of the facility Partner with clinical and department leaders to deliver outstanding resident care Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Drive quality initiatives and maintain high standards of resident satisfaction Manage financial performance, budgeting, and operational goals Build relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the local community Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional team members What We're Looking For Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and quality measures Proven ability to lead teams, improve outcomes, and inspire others Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Passion for serving seniors and creating a positive workplace culture Why Join The Oaks?
