•Memory Care Director We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the administration team as the Memory Care Director. You will support the day-to-day operations of an assigned Memory Care residence, including departmental function, property management and resident services. You will make a difference in the lives of families by ensuring their loved one receives excellent holistic care. Responsibilities•Memory Care Director Assisting with the oversight of property management, personnel administration and resident services Providing direct supervision of all direct care staff, including hiring, training, staffing, coaching, and quality of service Supporting department leaders with social history assessments, life enrichment programs, and family meetings Ensuring operations adhere to all applicable laws and regulations Bonus opportunities•Memory Care Director Employee referrals Employee of the month/year Resident tour (move-in) Why we should be your "home away from home" Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch. current state nursing license (LPN)
