Licensed Nursing Home Administrator 1300 W Lindsay Ave, Sulphur, OK 73086 Full-time Full-time Duties As a Nursing Home Administrator at Callaway Nursing Home , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility and ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents.
Your duties will include:
Managing and supervising staff members, including nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals Providing strong, consistent leadership and maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment Developing and implementing care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and licensing requirements Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting and financial reporting Collaborating with medical professionals to coordinate resident care and address any medical concerns Implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe, organized, and healthy environment for residents Monitoring the quality of care provided and proactively implementing improvements as needed Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following: Proven leadership experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting Ability to remain composed, organized, and solution-oriented under pressure Strong nursing or healthcare background, with knowledge of Dementia care, Memory care, and Assisted Living Ability to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents Financial acumen to manage budgets and operations effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, residents, families, and medical professionals Knowledge of medication administration protocols and oversight of proper medication management Strong leadership abilities with a focus on accountability, team development, and problem-solving Understanding of social services and the emotional and psychological needs of residents What We're Looking For We are seeking a confident, dependable leader who can effectively manage the day-to-day challenges of a nursing facility without becoming overwhelmed.
