Job Description
Part-Time RTH Administrator Yb LLC is seeking a Part-Time Residential Treatment Home (RTH) Administrator (3 days per week) to assist with licensing, compliance, staffing, and operations of a Mental Health Residential Treatment Home in Oregon. Requirements Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in mental health services or mental health residential programs Experience with program management, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance Knowledge of trauma-informed care and person-centered services Experience working with adults experiencing serious mental illness preferred Ability to pass Oregon DHS Background Check Preferred Experience with Oregon Health Authority (OHA) licensing, inspections, audits, or compliance reviews Previous experience as an Administrator, Program Manager, House Manager, or Clinical Supervisor QMHP, LPC, LCSW, RN, or other behavioral health credentials Responsibilities Assist with OHA licensing and compliance requirements Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and operational plans Recruit, train, and supervise staff Ensure resident safety, rights, and quality of care Coordinate with CMHPs, healthcare providers, and community partners Maintain required documentation and regulatory records To Apply Please submit your resume and references verifying mental health experience.
