MUST BE LPN OR RN
• We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Manager (RCM) to oversee the daily operations of our residential care facility. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while promoting their rights and dignity. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to caregiving, and the ability to manage a team effectively in a supportive environment. Your expertise in acute and post-acute care settings will drive quality outcomes and elevate the resident experience. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with resident rights and uphold the dignity of each individual in care. Provide direct assistance to residents as needed, Coordinate and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, particularly for those requiring dementia care. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages social interaction among residents. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of caregiving are met. Attend necessary daily, weekly and monthly meetings Attend care conferences with residents and family Experience Must be an LPN or RN Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably in a nursing home or similar setting. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Strong understanding of resident rights and advocacy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for residents. Schedule Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, with one on call weekend per month.

$110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
