$120,000-$135,000/year

Full-Time Athens Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Athens, Pennsylvania. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic leader who is passionate about operational excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and delivering exceptional resident care. Position Overview The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for directing the overall operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest standards of resident care and quality outcomes. The Administrator will provide strategic leadership in financial management, census development, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
