Remit Compass Associates are proud to have partnered with a valued client to appoint an experienced Executive Director for an impressive Senior Living Community (Memory Care & Assisted Living) near Edinboro, PA. My client operate 40+ communities spanning several states across the US, with a great reputation for their existing portfolio, along with plans to develop and grow further! This role will suit an experienced (and currently licensed) Executive Director that is passionate about delivering a first-class service to senior residents. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for the leadership, operational and financial oversight of this thriving community including sales, maintenance, housekeeping, and food service. The Candidate The successful candidate will have previous experience with a successful and evidenced track record in a similar capacity, ideally within senior living and with experience with Memory Care and/or Assisted Living. My client are looking for a passionate, energetic individual with excellent communication skills and first class levels of customer service. Requirements 2+ years experience as an Executive Director / Administrator or similar within Memory Care / Assisted Living.(preferred) Assisted Living license held (required) Evidenced and successful track record of increasing occupancy Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L Management Passion for senior care Excellent customer service skills Location The community is based near Edinboro, PA and is commutable from Lawrence Park, Union City, Harborcreek, Avonia, Waterford, Wattsburg and surrounding areas. Summary My client are seeking an experienced Executive Director who has an evidenced and successful track record within senior living communities and ideally with experience in similar Memory Care / Assisted Living buildings. The salary on offer is c.$90,000 but could be negotiable based on experience.
