Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee all wellness and clinical operations within the community ✅ Lead, mentor, and support nursing and caregiving teams ✅ Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards ✅ Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and service delivery ✅ Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being
Qualifications:
