Job Description

Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) Montgomeryville Skilled Nursing and Rehab Montgomeryville Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations and drive clinical and financial performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator who is looking to take ownership of a facility, build a strong team culture, and make a meaningful impact on resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Lead and support department heads to achieve operational and clinical goals Drive census growth and maintain strong community relationships Manage budgets, financial performance, and staffing strategies Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Active LNHA license in Pennsylvania (required) Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a SNF setting Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and survey processes Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills Track record of improving census, quality measures, and staff retention
