Job Description

Quality Life Services - Markleysburg is looking to add a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to our team. As a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), you will be responsible for driving quality resident care, staffing, and business excellence. Responsibilities Ensuring quality and compassionate care of the residents Review financial statements and monitor budgets and financial goals Making financial and budgetary adjustments where necessary Overseeing and managing facility leadership and staff, delegating responsibility and tasks as necessary Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing facility Monitor staffing needs and ensuring state requirements are met Promoting a positive work environment and motivating staff to provide and exceptional experience for residents Enforcing company and state policies and procedures and handling disciplinary action as necessary Developing community reputation and relationship for staffing and census purposes Requirements Current Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding the healthcare industry Leadership experience in a healthcare environment Apply to join the Quality Life Services team today!
