Concordia is one of the nation's largest, most comprehensive and financially secure nonprofit senior care providers. We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Home Administrator to lead the daily operations and management of a personal care home in the Norther Pittsburgh area. As a Personal Care Home Administrator , you oversee all departments of the personal care facility and play a direct role in improving the lives of our residents each day.
Requirements:
Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator License or Nursing Home Administrator License in good standing Seasoned and organized leader Experience with regulatory compliance Budget and monthly financial experience preferred Commitment to caring for the elderly
Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with policies & procedures as well as regulations Providesupervision to caregiving team members providing care to residents Oversee all other interdisciplinary departments within personal care facility Manage revenue and expenses according to budget Promote a culture of compassionate, quality care for our residents Establish trusting relationships with residents and their families We offer an excellent benefits package, competitive wages, and Mission-driven work that makes a difference!
