As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Agency Director to lead day-to-day operations, support continued expansion, and ensure exceptional service for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners. Position Overview The Agency Director serves as the primary operational leader of the organization and is responsible for overseeing agency performance, client services, staffing operations, caregiver recruitment and retention, referral development, compliance, and overall business operations. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines operations management, client service oversight, business development, team leadership, and strategic execution. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership while maintaining responsibility for the agency's day-to-day success. The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare or senior care leader who enjoys building relationships, developing teams, solving problems, and creating systems that support exceptional client outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Operations & Leadership Oversee all daily agency operations Develop and improve systems, workflows, and operational processes Monitor agency performance metrics and operational goals Ensure efficient utilization of staffing and agency resources Support strategic growth initiatives and organizational planning Lead operational problem-solving and decision-making Client Services & Care Coordination Oversee client onboarding and service implementation Ensure exceptional client and family experiences Assist with service concerns and complex client situations Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction Support care planning and service coordination efforts Maintain a client-centered culture throughout the organization Shared after-hours and weekend call coverage Staffing, Recruiting & Workforce Development Oversee caregiver recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention Ensure adequate staffing to support client growth Support employee engagement and professional development Assist with performance management and coaching Develop strategies to improve caregiver satisfaction and retention Monitor workforce effectiveness and productivity Business Development & Community Outreach Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, case managers, social workers, and community organizations Represent the agency at networking events, community meetings, and industry functions Support marketing initiatives and referral growth efforts Identify opportunities for business expansion and service growth Serve as an ambassador for the organization within the community Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with Washington State home care regulations Oversee caregiver credentialing and personnel compliance Support licensing, audits, surveys, and quality initiatives Maintain high documentation and service standards Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Administrative Oversight Oversee office operations and administrative processes Support budgeting and operational planning activities Monitor reporting, operational metrics, and performance indicators Manage vendor relationships and operational resources Ensure efficient communication and workflow throughout the organization QualificationsRequired Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, healthcare administration, or related healthcare services Demonstrated success leading teams and managing operations Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and technology skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Private-pay home care leadership experience Experience with caregiver staffing and scheduling Experience developing referral relationships and community partnerships Knowledge of Washington State home care regulations Experience with healthcare scheduling, CRM, and operational software platforms CNA, HCA, RN, LPN, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related background Compensation & Benefits Paid time off Flexible hybrid work environment Professional development opportunities Significant leadership responsibility and autonomy Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing organization Why Join Us?
