Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and organized Facility Administrator to oversee daily operations of multiple Title 22 group homes serving foster youth. The Administrator is responsible for maintaining compliance with Community Care Licensing (CCL), supervising staff, supporting youth care services, and ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. This position requires strong leadership, professionalism, crisis management skills, and the ability to work closely with county representatives, social workers, probation officers, mental health providers, and licensing agencies. Job DutiesProgram Operations Oversee daily operations of the group home Ensure the facility remains compliant with Title 22 regulations and agency policies Maintain a safe, clean, structured, and trauma-informed environment Monitor program schedules, staffing coverage, transportation, meals, medication support, and youth supervision Respond to emergencies, incidents, and crisis situations as needed Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time Staff Supervision Supervise Direct Care Staff and Shift Leads Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training staff Conduct coaching, corrective action, and performance evaluations Ensure staff maintain required certifications and trainings Support staff development and accountability Compliance & Documentation Maintain licensing compliance and prepare for audits or inspections Review incident reports, medication logs, client files, and staff files Ensure completion of Title 22 required paperwork and documentation Communicate with Community Care Licensing and outside agencies Monitor facility compliance with health, safety, and personnel requirements Client Care Coordination Support implementation of treatment plans and behavioral interventions Coordinate with therapists, social workers, probation officers, schools, and medical providers Participate in placement meetings, treatment meetings, and discharge planning Ensure youth rights and confidentiality are protected Minimum Qualifications Must meet California Title 22 Administrator requirements for group homes (STRTP is a plus) Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred Proven experience working with foster youth, behavioral health, or residential programs is a requirement. Supervisory or management experience preferred Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call support 24/7 . Requirements DOJ/FBI Live Scan clearance Valid California Driver's License Clear driving record Current First Aid/CPR certification TB clearance and health screening (LIC503) Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements
Pay:
$73,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
