Requirements Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group home management with a focus on senior or memory care residents. Strong background in managing long-term care environments with supervisory experience in healthcare or social services settings. Knowledge of dementia care practices, Alzheimer's support strategies, and developing effective care plans. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with experience in budgeting, operations management, and compliance oversight.
