Exempt Location:
Sacramento, CA (Office & Community-Based) Lead with Purpose. Change Lives. UCP of Sacramento and Northern California is seeking a compassionate and experienced ILS/CFS Program Manager to oversee our Independent Living Services (ILS) and Coordinated Family Support (CFS) programs. This leadership role combines program management, staff supervision, and direct support to help individuals with developmental and physical disabilities live more independent and fulfilling lives. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of the ILS and CFS programs. Recruit, train, supervise, and support program staff. Manage referrals, assessments, and ongoing participant services. Ensure compliance with Title 17 regulations and organizational standards. Build relationships with the Alta California Regional Center and community partners. Support participants and families through person-centered planning and community integration. Monitor program documentation, reporting, and overall program performance. Who You Are You're a compassionate and organized leader who enjoys coaching others, building strong relationships, and helping individuals with disabilities achieve greater independence. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered services. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Services or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience working with individuals with developmental or physical disabilities. Experience in Independent Living Services (ILS) preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Ability to obtain DOJ fingerprint clearance. CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain through UCP). Why Join UCP?
