ILS Program Manager -
Central Oregon Salary:
$60,000+ Are you an organized, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Good-2-Go Oregon is seeking an ILS Program Manager to lead a team, oversee program operations, and ensure high-quality, compliant services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. About the Role The ILS Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of clients and employees throughout Central Oregon. This leadership position focuses on staff management, client services, program compliance, and operational oversight while maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, funding agencies, and community partners. This is an on-site position based in Good-2-Go Oregon's Central Oregon office, with occasional fieldwork and limited remote work opportunities in accordance with company policy. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support ILS staff, including Team Leaders, Care Coordinators, Scheduling Staff, and Life Skills Coaches Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development Conduct performance reviews, stay interviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations as needed Manage client referrals, intakes, contracts, and onboarding processes Oversee care plans, safety plans, protocols, and quarterly progress reporting Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, families, Case Managers, Personal Agents, funding agencies, and community partners Review and submit documentation to funding agencies within required timelines Approve employee timecards, mileage, and time-off requests Review month-end documentation and support billing processes Monitor service hour goals, program performance, and compliance requirements Lead regular staff meetings and participate in leadership, recruiting, referral review, and scheduling meetings Assist with annual program budgeting and reporting Provide direct client support when necessary to maintain continuity of services What We're Looking For Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills Professional, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field, or equivalent experience Two or more years of relevant leadership and program management experience preferred Human Services experience preferred Intermediate to advanced computer skills Ability to produce professional written documentation Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute Must be willing to obtain Good-2-Go Tier 3
Training Position Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday, generally between 8:00 AM and 6:00
PM Status:
Full-Time, Exempt Location:
Central Oregon (Office-Based with Field Responsibilities)
Travel:
Occasional travel throughout Oregon, including
Bend, Salem, and Portland Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform office and community-based job duties
