) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Administrator (with occasional RN Supervisor/Case Management visits) to join our home health agency and direct the daily and ongoing business operations, clinical and care teams, compliance, and growth of our agency across the State of Indiana, based in/near Indianapolis, IN.

JOB TITLE

RN Supervisor Management Areas:
all counties in Indiana RN License in active and good standing in state of Indiana is required
JOB LOCATION
Indianapolis and surrounding areas This role requires physical presence in our Indianapolis office at least 3 days per week (Mon-Wed), located at 8580 Cedar Place Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46240 (in the Nora / Far Northside of Indianapolis, near Keystone at the Crossing). Typical RN Supervisor in-field activities and services and state survey requirement require travel within a 30-60 minute radius, and up to 2 hours occasionally / as needed (no overnights required).
SCHEDULE
Monday
  • Friday from 8 AM
  • 5 PM and as needed/on call Reporting at least 3 days per week (Mon-Wed) to our Indianapolis Office, and as needed during State Surveys.
Field work + client home visits Monday-Friday as needed, with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week when not required in the field or office. Willingness to provide occasional on-call and varied / flex hour coverage (late night / weekend emergency) is required as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY
Our Program Administrators supervise assigned team members (incl. RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Assistants) while directing, coordinating, supervising, and implementing professional and supportive services to home health clients in a safe, cost-effective manner. Successful candidates will be professional, efficient problem solvers who work independently as well as on a team, have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a bias for action and driving growth.

Clinical RN Administrator Additional Details:
This is a full-time, salaried position requiring a blend of clinical, compliance, and business growth skills. Successful applicants will be interested in long-term employment with our agency.
Minimum availability requirements:
Monday
  • Friday from 8 AM
  • 5 PM, reporting to our Indianapolis Office at least Mon-Wed, and as needed during and in support of all Indiana State Surveys.
Field work + client home visits Monday-Friday as needed (with option to work from home 1-2 days per week when not required in the field or office). Willingness to provide occasional on-call and varied / flex hour coverage (late night / weekend emergency) is required as needed. This role will oversee clients and field staff across Northern, Central, and Southern Indiana, including Fort Wayne, Muncie, Indianapolis, Terre Haute, Bloomington, Evansville, and surrounding areas.
