Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting Collaborate with the Assisted Living Director to ensure the smooth transition of residents between levels of care Provide leadership and guidance to the unit's caregivers and support staff Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest quality of care and service Build strong relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement evidence-based practices to continuously improve outcomes Manage and resolve conflicts in a fair and compassionate manner Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living setting High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Current licensure in the state of Rhode Island as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or willingness to obtain Strong clinical and leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
