Warwick, RI Job Summary:
HireCare Services - Rhode Island is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the daily operations of our long-term care facility. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and developing and leading a team of department heads and facility staff. Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the long-term care facility Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Lead, support, and develop department heads and facility staff Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction Manage budgets, financial performance, and census growth Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners Monitor quality measures and implement improvements where needed Support staffing strategies, retention efforts, and facility culture Ensure survey readiness and effective plan of correction execution when necessary
Qualifications:
Active [State] Nursing Home Administrator license Proven experience as an Administrator in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, operations, and reimbursement Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Commitment to providing high-quality resident-centered care
Level of Education:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrator in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
