We are seeking a dedicated Supported Living Coordinator to oversee supported living services while leading high-performing teams committed to person-centered care. In this role, you will provide leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure exceptional service delivery and quality outcomes for the people we support. What You'll Do Lead and Develop Teams Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment. Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors, managers, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Conduct regular supervision meetings, performance evaluations, and professional development planning. Support onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development. Recognize and celebrate employee achievements and team successes. Address performance concerns through coaching, corrective action, and progressive discipline when necessary. Manage SLP Programs Ensure high-quality, person-centered supports are delivered consistently. Maintain appropriate staffing levels and oversee hiring and onboarding processes. Support implementation of Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), behavioral supports, and medical care plans. Coordinate and facilitate staff meetings, nursing meetings, and training sessions. Build strong relationships with people supported families, guardians, advocates, and community partners. Oversee Operations and Compliance Monitor documentation, incident reports, billing, staffing patterns, quality assurance measures, and other operational data. Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensing standards, Medicare requirements, OSHA regulations, and Rhode Island service regulations. Oversee financial responsibilities, including individual budgets, petty cash reconciliation, and personal spending accounts. Maintain safe, clean, and well-maintained homes and vehicles. Ensure required employee certifications, trainings, and licensing requirements remain current. Support Individuals to Achieve Their Goals Promote independence, community inclusion, self-advocacy, and personal growth. Coordinate and attend Person-Centered Planning meetings, quarterly reviews, and other support meetings. Partner with vocational, recreational, transportation, healthcare, and community organizations to maximize opportunities for individuals served. Ensure schedules and supports align with each person's goals, interests, and aspirations. What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, human services, or a related field. Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Knowledge of Rhode Island regulations and service delivery systems preferred. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers, documentation systems, and electronic records. Compensation Pay:
