What You'll Do:

As a Service Manager in our Independent Living dining areas, you'll be a key leader in our front-of-house team, ensuring excellence in two of our elegant dining venues.

This will entail:

Deliver excellent dining service to residents, guests, and staff Support café operations and special events Train and guide team members to success Improve efficiency and effectiveness of systems Oversee POS systems, inventory, and billing Uphold safety, service, and hospitality standards

Requirements:
