Job Description
Assisted Living Shift Supervisor 3p-11p shift Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 Full-time Full-time The evening shift supervisor is responsible for managing overall health and well being of each resident. Supervises direct care staff and acts as communication link between the direct care staff and the Director of Resident Care. Promotes safety for all teammates, with focus on Resident Rights. This position will be responsible for scheduling the Assisted Living Department to assure adequate staffing coverage to meet resident needs and Franke standards. Prefer certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant but will consider experience in related healthcare field. Must be able to make independent decisions, and lead others toward meeting the goals of the Assisted Living community.
