As the Resident Services Director, youll lead our health and wellness initiativesensuring each resident receives compassionate, personalized, and high-quality care. Your Role in the Legacy Mission As the Resident Services Director, you are the heartbeat of our health and wellness program. Youll oversee care planning, resident assessments, and daily clinical operations, ensuring our community remains a place where safety, comfort, and compassion thrive. Through your leadership, our care team will uphold Legacys promiseto honor every story and nurture every soul. What Youll Do Meet with residents regularly to provide health and wellness checks and address any health-related questions. Complete assessments prior to move-in, upon condition changes, and as required by policy or regulation. Review medical reports before move-in to ensure the residence can meet individual care needs and regulatory standards. Oversee medication management, including ordering, scheduling, and ensuring accurate documentation. Develop and maintain individualized service plans for each resident. Maintain ongoing communication with residents, families, physicians, and outside healthcare providers. Coordinate additional health services and support transfers to or from hospitals or other care facilities. Counsel residents and families with empathy and professionalism. Participate in the on-call rotation for medical questions and resident emergencies. Collaborate with the Food Service Director on residents dietary needs. Review health changes with the Executive Director and physicians to ensure continuity of care. Ensure infection control protocols and wellness standards are consistently met.
