Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise assisted living staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee resident move-ins, move-outs, and transition planning to support census goals.
• Ensure budget compliance by monitoring labor costs, operational expenses, and financial outcomes.
• Maintain a welcoming, tour-ready community that meets all safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional, person-centered care.
• Conduct risk management, regulatory compliance, and staff training to uphold quality standards.

What we are looking for:

• An active, unencumbered RN License in Tennessee (or multi-state compact license).
• Assisted Living Director License (or ability to obtain).
• College degree in gerontology, dementia care, recreation therapy, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in assisted living.
