In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the business office, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical services and financial management. Duties Manage all aspects of business office and accounts receivable for the facility. Preparing and submitting accurate, timely claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care providers. Importing or manually posting payments from insurance companies and residents. Managing private pay billing and ensuring proper allocation of funds. Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management within healthcare settings such as nursing homes, clinics, or hospitals with a strong understanding of acute care or dental clinic environments. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and practice management principles essential for effective operations.
