Job Description
Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including medication administration, personal care, and daily living support for clients with diverse needs. Responsibilities Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules. Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of clients. Assist with laundry and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to client care. Support clients with developmental disabilities by implementing individualized care plans. Perform catheter care and other specialized health-related tasks as required. Observe and report changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to appropriate healthcare professionals.
