Hope House is seeking a Part-Time Maternity Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our maternity home and help create a safe and structured environment for pregnant and parenting young women. Position Summary The Maternity Home Administrator provides leadership and oversight for the daily operation of Hope House, ensuring residents receive support, accountability, and encouragement in a nurturing home environment. This position works closely with staff, volunteers, and residents to maintain a stable and welcoming atmosphere that promotes personal growth and healthy life choices. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the maternity home. Assist with resident intake, onboarding, and orientation. Maintain accurate client documentation and records. Ensure compliance with house policies and procedures. Provide guidance, accountability, and support to residents. Coordinate volunteer onboarding, training, and scheduling. Oversee resident routines, chores, and household standards. Respond appropriately to resident and household emergencies. Foster a culture of respect, stability, responsibility, and care. Partner with program leadership to support resident success and program goals. Qualifications Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to build healthy relationships while maintaining professional boundaries. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Experience in residential programs, social services, ministry, case management, or related fields preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Why Join Hope House?
