Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the organization's operations and programs
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive organizational growth and success
  • Lead and inspire a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, and community partners
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and fundraising efforts
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field At least five years of experience in healthcare management or a related field Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance Excellent communication and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with residents' families, staff members, and the community at large Experience managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial sustainability of the organization Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders including staff, residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Plan and grow services that create differentiation for our community Must be licensed as Certified Director of Assisted Living Experience in process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to make a significant impact on our organization's mission.
