If so, HMG Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Traveling Administrator to oversee facility operations and uphold excellence across the organization in facilities that have leadership openings.https:

Operational Oversight:
Provide guidance and leadership to facility managers, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality care standards.Team Support:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, offering mentorship, training, and support to enhance staff performance and resident satisfaction.Financial Management:
Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial reports, implementing strategies to optimize resources effectively.Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular assessments, audits, and evaluations to maintain exceptional quality of care and service delivery.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to state, federal, and industry regulations, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.Requirements:
Maintain a current Texas nursing home administrator license. Have a minimum of 5 years nursing home administrator experience. Proven experience in successfully running a LTC facility. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel extensively throughout Texas and Kansas and adapt to various work environments.•Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.Benefits:
