Our Lady of Peace Retirement Community, a nonprofit senior living community in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our full continuum-of-care campus. Since 1992, Our Lady of Peace has provided comfortable and affordable senior living apartments and a full continuum of care, with a longstanding commitment to compassionate care, quality service, and operational excellence. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the community, including regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality outcomes, employee engagement, occupancy growth, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in skilled nursing operations, team development, and fostering a culture of excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily community operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Lead and support department directors and management staff Manage budgets and financial performance Drive quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement Recruit, develop, and retain team members Collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve organizational goals Qualifications Current Virginia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license Required Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field 3 years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Administrator Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management Assisted living and memory care experience preferred Qualified candidates should submit a resume for confidential consideration.

$125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
